Customers’ inquiry---Sales people to hand over the Contract
Evaluation Report to relative production or technology department for
evaluation (the Report should be made according to the customers’
requirements)----OK---sales people to reply by the means of
Quotation ---both parties to confirm the necessary factors like
quality, delivery time and unit price---sales people to prepare PI—
-hand up the PI to the General Manager for evaluation and seal—
email the PI to the customers for conformation and mailing back—
hand over to the production and technology department to arrange manufacturing---QC personnel control the quality all through the
process---load the goods to the container and handle customs
declaration with mutual consent upon completion of the production—
--advise the customers to get ready to receive the goods
